1) Exchange
You can exchange your product within a maximum period of 7 (seven) days after receiving the purchase. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
 
2) Returns
Handmade pieces are produced to order. That is, they demand time, whim and love for each piece. For this reason, we do not accept returns! Upon payment of a new freight, with the modality of your choice (SEDEX or PAC), the new piece will be sent.
